CHAPTER 7 - Personal $1,500-$2,500 + Fees*    Business beginning at $4,000 + Fees*

A Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is a popular choice if you owe only general unsecured debts.  These debts are usually medical, credit card, unsecured personal loans,  payday loans etc.  A chapter 7 can rid you of such debts, providing you qualify under the Bankruptcy Code.  The most common areas in determining your qualification is income, value of assets, and whether you have filed another Bankruptcy case within a particular period of time in the past.  If you chose to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case and wish to purchase a home once your debts have been resolved you will need to wait at least two (2) years from the date your case has completed in order to qualify for mortgage loan.

A Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Bankruptcy is also a very popular Bankruptcy choice as it gives a significant amount of relief and is set up to deal with foreclosures, repossessions of vehicles, back tax debt and all other debt you may have.

- Filing STOPS a foreclosure against your home providing you file prior to the sale date

- Vehicle recently repossessed?  We can get it back and you may only be required to pay the debt up to the value of the vehicle*, even if you owe more, through your case filing.

- Tax debt can be repaid through your Bankruptcy, some taxes may be eliminated

- Medical, Credit Card, Personal Loans, Payday Loans, and other such debts are resolved through a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.

*All costs and fees are subject to each unique case, current court approved attorney's fees, court costs and other costs involved in case.

*Depending on when you purchased your vehicle, how financed, whether or not there was a negitive-balance trade in, may assist in repayment at just fair market value.
