Mr. Mirkes is a graduate of UCLA School of Law after havivng first received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. Mr. Mirkes has been practicing law since 2003 and has been focused on real estate litigation, landlord-tenant law and consumer bankruptcy law since 2005.
Robert
Lead Paralegal and Operations
Robert graduated Valedictorian from Sawyer College with aa degree in Paralegal Studies and received West's Publishing Award of Excellence. Robert has worked in bankruptcy over 30 years for some of the largest bankruptcy firms in the Northern District of California, as well as the Western District of Texas. Robert is also bilingual Spanish speaking.
Margarita
Certified Paralegal
Margarita graduated from CSUMB as a Certified Paralegal. She also graduated from Cabrillo College, and studiied in Mexico City. Margarita has worked in bankruptcy for a number of years and is bilingual and biliterate in Spanish.
